Thank you for shopping with us! Because many of our products are custom-made or personalized, please review our return and refund policy below before placing an order.
Personalized & Custom Engraved Items
Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving and the custom design process:
Non-refundable: Custom orders, personalized items (featuring names, dates, custom graphics, or logos), and digital download files cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.
Proofing: Please double-check all spelling, dates, and customization details before submitting your order. We engrave exactly what is provided on the order form or approved design proof.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging your items, but mistakes and transit damage can happen.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with an engraving error made on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at lhdesignsga@gmail.com
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the damage or error (including the packaging if damaged in transit).
Upon verification, we will promptly send a replacement at no extra charge or issue a full refund.
Order Cancellations
Standard Orders: Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
Custom Orders: Once design work or laser engraving has started, custom orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.
